Precision Today Plumbing Heating Cooling Electrical

I had a new hot water heater installed from Precision, it was more expensive than other quotes, but they used Bradford White and I found they are some of the best water heaters. First, I will say the person who installed it was thorough and we have no leaks or water issues. The issue I believe is sending one man to do a two man job, the water heater was beat up badly, my pan was bent up to look like garbage, I found chips from wood stairs after he was done. One person can't carry a hot water heater up and down stairs and put it in place without doing some damage. I called the manager 12-30-24 and here we are in February and I have heard nothing back from him, no call no text. Now as I said the install has no issues, no leaks and we have hot water but, if I were to sell my house soon this would be a problem, it looks beat up. So I could not just let it go, I am attaching PICS to explain my comments. Update: I didn’t expect a response let alone such a great response from the company, they took care of the issue by replacing it with a new tank and pan. Looks great and of course still working great! The follow up and ownership of getting this corrected was awesome!!

I had the pleasure of having Phil Lantz do repairs on plumbing and full installation of water softener and filter. And let me tell you this man was God sent!!! OUTSTANDING WORK! Customer service, super knowledgable, expert high quality work! I ran into a problem with Johnson Co. and other issue and not only did he fix everything for me but he help me with a conflict I had with Johnson Co. As well, I called about 8 different companies to come out as I had no water running through my house and Phil L was the only one that could figure it all out. He was on it!!!!! Saying Thank you seem insufficient. I am beyond grateful!

Brandon Davis provided excellent service in repairing our toilet today. He explained everything thoroughly, he arrived on time and he cleaned up after himself, as needed. High quality workmanship, customer service, integrity, and responsiveness. Service Technician (Ray S.) was very knowledgeable, patient, thorough, and personable. He explained the repair process for our outside water connection and presented a couple of options. He had to cut our drywall to complete the repairs since our basement is finished. The repairs were meticulous, professional, and precise so we can create an access panel for the future. i highly recommend Precision for all your future plumbing needs and repairs and will definitely request Ray in the future!

I called Precision Today to have our water softener inspected since it had been a long while. Steve B. came out early the next day. He ran tests and explained all the results, concluding that the unit was not working properly and needed to be replaced. Steve was very helpful and answered all my questions. He presented options and explained the various units. He replaced the old water softener unit and even left a handy guide. Steve was extremely knowledgeable and professional. We have used Precision before and will definitely call again and recommend them.

Very pleasant experience given we had a water heater emergency. Everyone we talked to was kind and responsive, providing accurate and timely communication. Our technician, TJ, was extremely courteous and knowledgable. His work was excellent, and he went the extra mile to explain everything he did and answer our questions. We would not hesitate to recommend or rehire Precision as our new "go to" plumbing service.

I had an emergent plumbing issue and called Precision Plumbing. They were able to have a plumber come out within a few hours. They kept me informed by text message on who and what time the plumber would be arriving. David the plumber that was coming to provide the services called me as he was leaving his previous job and provided me his ETA. I really appreciated him calling me when he was on his way. Once David arrived he evaluated the problem, walked me through exactly what need to be done, and answered all my questions. He explained everything in great detail. He was very professional. I highly recommend David and Precision plumbing for anyone in need of a plumber.
